For over 13 years, Steve has helped leaders formulate strategic points of view in a variety of contexts. Highly regarded for his analytical expertise, strategic thought and ability to synthesize disparate elements of the competitive landscape into a clear, simple and persuasive message, Steve has been at the forefront of change within the businesses and industries he's served. Steve started Bosch Consulting group because of his passion for helping leaders think through challenging businesses problems in order to grow and transform their businesses across a range of industries.
Prior to founding Bosch Consulting Group in 2012, Steve spent 8 years working for Best Buy gaining a deep knowledge of the retail, consumer electronics and telecommunications industries. At Best Buy Steve held a variety of finance, strategy and business development roles. His most recent role was Strategy and Business Development Lead for Best Buy's Home Customer Solutions Group, reporting to the SVP and GM of that business unit.
Steve began his professional career at a leading litigation consulting firm in Minneapolis, Financial Advisors LLC, analyzing numerous industries and businesses, and communicating the results to a sophisticated audience. Steve holds an MBA from the Henry B. Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa and a B.S. in Accountancy from Calvin College.
